U.S. & Kenya Board Member

Samantha Hanson-Rolt is a member of Nurture All Afric’s Board of Directors. She has attained her Bachelor’s in Linguistics with a minor in Political Science, and has a Master’s in Policy, Planning and Management both from the University of Southern Maine. Samantha was born and raised in Massachusetts where she was very involved in her community. She volunteered with various organizations in her hometown including the Girl Scouts of America, Boy Scouts of America, and the National Honor Society. She earned her Girl Scout Gold Award by executing a project to educate her community members in weather-related emergency preparedness. Once she moved to Maine for college, she began volunteering by helping at the Maine Rally 4 Recovery and she helped plan the Longfellow Neighborhood Block Party two years in a row. Samantha likes to spend her free time playing soccer, enjoying her time with friends and family, and volunteering with the Art of Living Foundation teaching breathing and meditation techniques to help manage stress in the mind.
